Domestic Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide only. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Ultimo NSW 2007
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping fee for all orders across Australia.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: For all orders of $60 AUD or more.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: For all orders under $60 AUD, a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 AUD will be applied at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and prepare your 3D-printed gift for shipment. As each item is made to order, this time is essential to ensure the highest quality. This processing time is in addition to the shipping times listed below.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order is shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:
Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3 - 7 business days.
Please note: These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as postal service delays, especially during peak periods or due to remote locations.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to follow your order's journey to your doorstep.
What if My Order is Delayed?
While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, sometimes delays can occur with the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@3dgift.com.au and we will do our best to assist you by following up with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you. If you realize you've made a mistake, please contact us immediately at admin@3dgift.com.au. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping will be at the customer's expense.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your 3D-printed gifts to ensure they arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@3dgift.com.au with photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
